Some features (such as VeriChat messaging) may use Apple's CloudKit service for device-to-device communication. When this feature is used:

Local AI Processing / 本地 AI 處理
Our applications use on-device AI models for inference. All AI processing occurs entirely on your device:

No AI model training is performed using your data
You choose which models to use and can operate fully offline

Third-Party Services / 第三方服務
Our applications do not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

When you optionally browse the extension marketplace, search queries are sent to Open VSX (open-vsx.org) or VSCode Marketplace (marketplace.visualstudio.com) to retrieve extension listings. No personal data is included in these requests.

Data Retention / 資料保留
Since we do not collect your data, there is nothing for us to retain. All application data is stored locally on your device and is fully under your control. You can delete all data at any time by removing the application and its associated local files.

Children's Privacy / 兒童隱私
Our applications do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. Since we do not collect personal data from any user, no special provisions are required.
